44MW Vestas Turbines To Be Installed In Sweden

On course to become the worlds largest wind turbine supplier, Vestas has received a new order of 22 wind turbines V90-2.0 MW for a new project in Sweden. The 44MW wind farm is a brand new project by Swedish company Eolus Vind AB and is located near Strömstad. The contract also includes 5 years of service. Eolus and Vestas have been working on projects together for the last 20 years and are well familiar with each other’s qualities. The commissioning of the 44MW Vestas Turbines is expected to start in October 2011.
