My wind turbine was in use for a very short time only, can you market as new?

The answer to this is no, we would not market any equipment branded as 'new' even if it was only in operation for a very short time. Once your equipment was installed, and in operation, it must be advertised as 'used' but we will indicate in any promotional material and our advertising that the equipment has very low hours and can be seen 'as new'
