What is a LOI (Letter of Intent) and why do I need to sign it?

An LOI (Letter of Intent) is required from us to provide to our sellers and contains detailed information about yourself, your company, your confirmation of your intention to buy as well as the contact details of your bank or financial institution from whom the seller may want to obtain a soft probe and confirmation that you have the finance in place to proceed with a purchase.
