Of course there’s no precise standards by which to judge how “green” any given celebrity may be but a few entertainment luminaries spring to mind for their outspoken support of environmental causes and their commitment to a greener lifestyle.

His views on marine conservation have spurred thousands of volunteers nationwide to take part in letter-writing campaigns as well as coastal clean-ups and other related events.

Leo DiCaprio’s foundation places particular emphasis on the issues of global warming, alternative and renewable energy sources and the preservation of biodiversity.
Now, we wonder were wind power generated green energy comes into this? We have not found any evidence that any name worthy celebrity is generating their electricity with the help of a residential wind mill. Do celebrities consider wind mills or a wind turbine in their gardens an ugly eye-sore? Could one not imagine a beautiful retro ‘Dutch Style’ windmill turning preciously in the back garden of a celebrity’s 10 acre-sized estate in Hollywood .L.A.? What do you think?

Their Hydrogen Highway Network is demonstrating that cars powered by the most abundant, clean resource in the universe can create even more new businesses – and freedom from unreliable, polluting fossil fuels.
His vision is that the new industrial revolution must be built on sustainable resources and technologies such as wind energy and the Sustainable Century – will be defined by businesses built on clean, renewable, globally abundant resources made available to everyone. What a transformation from an acting ruthless killing machine to an active and out spoken green energy supporter with a vision and immense influence.
